Ritesh has over 15 years of career in healthcare with the last 12+ years in global strategy consulting for the pharma and biotech industry.
He is a strategic thinker with strong strategy consulting, market research, and secondary data analytics experience. He has applied HSP’s strategic frameworks, tools and processes successfully to inform critical business decisions for a large number of small to large pharma and biotech clients.
Ritesh is an expert at commercial due diligence, indication prioritization, brand and portfolio strategy, customer segmentation, life-cycle management, LOE strategy and go-to-market strategy. He has designed and executed hundreds of successful engagements with providers, patients, and payers in established and emerging markets worldwide. His projects have spanned a wide range of therapeutic area including autoimmune diseases (i.e., RA, PsA and PsO), cardiovascular & metabolic diseases (i.e.,Type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease), acute and chronic pain management, central nervous system (i.e., Parkinson’s, MS, and migraine) and surgery (i.e., orthopedic and general surgeries).
Prior to HSP, Ritesh held leadership positions at IQVIA Consulting Services, McKinsey & Company, and ZS Associates.
He has an MBA in Health Sector Management from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University; an MS in Biotechnology from Singapore-MIT Alliance and B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India.
