Inclusion and Diversity

Healthcare Strategy Partners (HSP) is committed to inclusion and diversity as highlighted by the following key components:

· HSP’s Code of Conduct is a foundational principle and core  

  belief infused throughout the company.

· Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is emphasized in our Employee 

  Handbook which formalizes expectations of providing equal 

  employment opportunities (EEOs) to all qualified individuals 

  without regard to any of the following characteristics (race, 

  color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, 

  pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, 

  military or veteran status, genetic information or family medical 

  history, citizenship or immigration status, child or spousal 

  support withholding, or garnishment for a singular debt, other 

  characteristics protected by law).

· The above EEOs extend beyond the hiring process into training,

· Additionally, HSP is committed to providing reasonable

· HSP’s Supplier Diversity Program sets and aims for minimum 

  targets annually for our business operations and primary 

  market research spend to be with diverse suppliers (i.e., SBEs, 

  MWBEs, LGBTQBEs, etc.). We track supplier spend on an annual 

  basis and consistently work to engage suppliers, domestically 

  and globally, who not only are owned and operated by 

  individual(s) who have been historically underrepresented or 

  underserved, but who also meet and exceed the quality 

  expectations required.

· Additionally, HSP engages suppliers who are equally committed 

  to diversity both in employment practices and relationships with 

  their respective industry-related communities. Like HSP, these 

  suppliers are committed to conducting business that is diverse 

  and global and fosters, cultivates and preserves a diverse,
