Her background includes work in the healthcare, financial, and non-profit sectors, with specific expertise in market research, management, advertising, and marketing. She is accomplished at all stages of a small business entity’s life: foundational planning, launch, production, maintenance, growth, and continual innovation; with a keen, critical, and intentional eye on providing an elite level of customer care.
Her healthcare market research experience includes domestic and global work in virtually every medical condition ranging from allergic rhinitis to women's health. Research studies included hundreds of segmentation studies, as well as modeling, pricing, prevalence, customer satisfaction, market landscape, and ATUs.
Patti's focus on neurolinguistics makes her a key player in product launch communication and message preference modeling studies.
Patti’s healthcare experience and capabilities are further supported by her in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, holistic mind/body modalities, and medical ethics.
Prior to Healthcare Strategy Partners, she was a past Director at the private pharmaceutical market research firms of JW Research Group and Olitzky Whittle. She has a BA from Loyola University, Baltimore.
